3. Exercise of Power:
1. The institution which is associated with the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana: The college meets as such an exercise of power over the gym, as soon as it reviews its operation, it implements a rule or rules that must be met within this space for both students and for managers and tradesmen. One could say that because we have the institution as such from the Unversity is podible the existence of this space.
