OPEN CITY IN MY PROJECT
development project stems from concern to find within the city of Bogotá, "islands" or permeable space, which develops activities either exclusionary or potentiation within the city. Thus, is chosen as "islands" to the various parks that are in the Northern town, these are: Viceroy Park, the Chico Park, the Park and Park 93 in Japan. This series of parks are chosen to have characteristics of exclusion, segregation and bans some specific uses, such as trade, to some extent does not allow people freely enjoy these spaces.
From there, it is raised as a project: A Green circuit, ie a relationship between each of these parks, allowing people to have a friendly and fun course that each of these areas reflects their character or identity within the City.
Thus, as for the realization of this project will take into account the three main objectives of an Open City and these are:
1. Find that the lives of its members is not dichotomous.
2. That each individual, the office, study and life as a single unit.
3. Collectively it is intended that the works will be carried reinventing the craft itself. [1] These
within the project objectives are reflected as soon as it seeks to destroy the separation and division between the parks, creating a network and system Lung Verdes.
Moreover, establishing a unity between the spaces of the parks, through routes and axes to allow a travel and constant movement, it also intends to implement bike routes, to facilitate connectivity between public spaces today function as cerrao and private spaces, avoiding the benefit and enjoyment of the people in them.
